CHARTER OF RESPONSIBILITIES

DUTY OF SECURITY GUARDS:
1. Guard/s will ensure proper understanding of their duties and follow any SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS from time to time from the Client.
2. Guard/s will maintain strict vigil on the premises at all times.
3. They shall maintain key control register and key control boxes for original / duplicate keys.
4. Guard/s will ensure that personnel / staff members taking Company material out will have a valid GATE PASS for the same.
5. Guard/s will PATROL inside the premises / office at irregular intervals. This will strictly be a surveillance round.
6. A thorough watch will be maintained on CONTRACT WORKERS / LABOUR.
7. Guard/s will avoid having a personal relationship with any of the contract workers or employees of the CLIENT.
8. Frisking of the employees as and when required / visitors / contract workers etc. will be carried as per the instructions of the CLIENT.
9. They shall carry out proper handing over / taking over before start / finish of the respective shifts.
10. They shall courteous to all visitors / staff but at the same time will carry out their roles with the strictness and firmness required of a security guard.
11. Any Goods / packages / document, meant for the Client after office hours, will be received and handed over to the client / concerned person in the morning. However, if it requires the attention of the Contact person he will be called and informed immediately.
12. The Guard/s shall ensure and guide visitors and employees to park their cars in the parking area allotted for the same.
13. The Guards will be given proper fire fighting equipment. The Guards will exercise all efforts for fire prevention, protection and fire fighting. They should also be given the necessary contact nos. of the individual Gala owners so that they can be contacted in case of emergencies. Any untoward observation made during the night, will be brought to the notice of the Contact person immediately.
14. The Guard will not leave the assigned post until relieved by duty assigned personnel, if applicable.
15. The guard will brief and pass on any special instructions regarding all past incidents to the guard assigning the duties of the post where applicable.
16. All electrical connection points / appliances should be switched off after office hours or if instructed otherwise by the client.
17. The Guards shall supervise and co-ordinate security services as designated.
18. The Guards will always represent Royal Security Force in a professional and diligent manner. To be smart in appearance and operate to the standard expected by the management.

IMPORTANT
:
MOBILE PHONES AND LAP-TOP COMPUTERS POSE A SERIOUS SECURITY CONCERN FOR THE SECURITY COMPANY. BESIDES FRISKING, WE RECOMMEND THE CLIENT TAKE PERIODIC INVENTORY CHECKING AND OTHER METHODS. WE ALSO RECOMMEND THAT THE CLIENT LOCK THEIR CARS PROPERLY. WE CANNOT ENSURE OR BE LIABLE FOR ANY THEFTS OF CAR STEREO'S, CELL PHONES, LAP-TOP'S ETC. FROM CAR'S. THE CLIENT IS EXPECTED TO TAKE THE NECESSARY PRECAUTIONS TO ENSURE THE SAFETY OF THEIR BELONGINGS.
